Digital Art Week will take place alongside Tech Week and this year we have a challenge for budding primary school artists! Well-known Irish artist, Lorraine Fenlon will be making a special video showing one of her paintings and children will be asked to respond to her piece of art in any way they can think about. They can respond by using an art app like MS Paint or an iPad app or they can use traditional materials too. The idea of Digital Art Week is to demonstrate a simple way that teachers can integrate technology into their everyday teaching. Digital Art Week is run by principal Simon Lewis (Anseo.net and Mash.ie).
